* Student eligibility criteria
To be eligible for the student rate, registrants must:
- be enrolled in a full-time or part-time Master or Higher Degree Research Program at the time of the conference.
- present valid proof of enrolment if requested by the conference organisers. Acceptable evidence may include a current student identification card, an official enrolment confirmation letter, or an enrolment statement issued by the institution.
- Individuals undertaking professional development courses, short courses, or non-award programs are not eligible for the student registration rate.

The conference organisers reserve the right to request evidence of eligibility and to charge the difference between the student and standard registration fees if eligibility requirements cannot be verified.
The prices shown above are per delegate, in Australian dollars (AUD) and are GST inclusive. Only registered delegates are permitted to participate in the conference. Full payment for your registration is required at the time of booking. Visa & Mastercard are accepted.

Cancellation Policy:
-Cancellations must be submitted via email to the Summit Organiser
-Cancellations made before 13 September 2026 will incur an AUD$100 cancellation fee
-Cancellations made on or after 13 September 2026 will not receive a refund of fees paid
-Substitutions are permissible, and must be submitted via email to the Summit Organiser
